Subscription cycles and FAQs

In response to library feedback we’ve implemented a second subscription cycle. Previously we only had a subscription cycle that followed the financial year. Now we also have a cycle that falls in line with the calendar year which should appeal to the school library sector.

If libraries have questions about ERA we’ve also recently updated our FAQ page for libraries. If you have any other questions you’d like answered please comment and let us know and we’ll add these to the FAQs.
